Terms & Conditions

Last updated: [DD Month 2026]

Please read these Terms carefully. They set out the basis on which you may use medspaexitreport.com (the “Site”) and the content we publish. By using the Site, you agree to them.

1. Who we are

Medspa Exit Report is the M&A intelligence platform for medical aesthetics, published by Salesenzine Ltd (“we,” “us,” “our”), [company number], [registered address].

Throughout these Terms, “you” means any person who visits the Site, subscribes to The Exit Brief, downloads a resource, or otherwise uses our content.

2. Acceptance of these Terms

By accessing or using the Site, you confirm that you accept these Terms and agree to comply with them. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

We may revise these Terms at any time by updating this page. The “Last updated” date shows when the current version took effect. Your continued use of the Site after a change means you accept the revised Terms.

3. Eligibility

The Site is intended for professional adults — practice owners, operators, executives, advisors, and investors. By using it, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and are using the Site for business or professional purposes.

4. Our content is information, not advice

This is the most important term on this page.

Everything on the Site — articles, benchmarks, multiples, valuation ranges, deal commentary, guides, charts, and newsletters — is published for general informational and educational purposes only.

It is not legal, tax, accounting, financial, clinical, regulatory, or investment advice, and it is not a substitute for professional advice from an advisor engaged to represent your interests.

In particular:

  • We do not provide valuations. A range published on the Site is market context, not an appraisal of any specific practice.
  • We do not advise on corporate practice of medicine, MSO structures, scope-of-practice rules, injectable supervision, or licensure. Those requirements are state-specific, they change, and only an attorney licensed in your state can advise you on them.
  • We do not give clinical guidance of any kind.
  • Nothing on the Site constitutes an offer, solicitation, or recommendation to buy or sell any business, security, or interest in either.

Every transaction is unique. Before you act, consult qualified legal, tax, accounting, and transaction advisors of your own choosing.

5. No advisory or client relationship

Reading the Site, subscribing to The Exit Brief, downloading a guide, or contacting us does not create an advisory, brokerage, fiduciary, agency, attorney-client, or accountant-client relationship between you and Salesenzine Ltd, Medspa Exit Report, or any of our contributors.

Medspa Exit Report is a publication. Where a reader is ready for a confidential conversation, we may refer them to Olympic M&A (olympicma.com), an independent advisory firm. Any engagement with Olympic M&A is a separate matter, governed by their own terms and confidentiality arrangements. We are not responsible for their services, and they are not responsible for ours.

We are not a broker-dealer or an investment adviser, and we are not registered as either.

6. Confidentiality — do not send sensitive information

Contact forms, comment fields, and email to general Site addresses are not confidential channels. Please do not submit financial statements, patient information, protected health information, transaction documents, or anything else you regard as confidential through them.

Information you send us through general Site channels is not treated as confidential and does not create any duty of confidentiality on our part. If you need a confidential conversation, ask us and we will point you to the right channel.

7. Data, sources, and forward-looking statements

We work hard to be accurate. Data claims carry a source and a date, or an “in our transaction experience” attribution, and we state caveats plainly rather than burying them.

Even so:

  • Market data, multiples, and benchmarks are estimates drawn from public sources, third-party research, and transaction experience. They may be incomplete, superseded, or wrong.
  • Ranges describe a market, not your practice. What your practice is worth depends on facts we do not have.
  • Forward-looking statements about deal activity, buyer appetite, or pricing reflect our view at the time of writing and are inherently uncertain.
  • Content may become out of date. We are under no obligation to update any published article.

We make no guarantee of any valuation, multiple, outcome, or result. You rely on Site content at your own risk.

8. Intellectual property

All content on the Site — text, charts, graphics, data visualizations, guides, logos, and the Medspa Exit Report name, wordmark, and emblem — is owned by Salesenzine Ltd or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You may: read, print, and share individual articles for your own personal or internal business use, and quote short excerpts with clear attribution and a link back to the original page.

You may not, without our prior written permission:

  • republish, redistribute, or syndicate our content in whole or in substantial part;
  • copy our charts, tables, or data sets, or present our data as your own;
  • remove or alter any attribution, source line, caveat, or copyright notice;
  • use the Site or its content for any commercial purpose, including resale or inclusion in a paid product;
  • use our name, logo, or marks in a way that suggests endorsement or affiliation;
  • scrape, crawl, harvest, or bulk-download the Site by automated means, or use its content to train or fine-tune machine learning or generative AI models.

You are responsible for what you submit and confirm that it is yours to share, is accurate to the best of your knowledge, and does not breach any confidentiality obligation or third-party right.

We may edit, decline, or remove submissions at our discretion. Where we publish an owner story or case study, we do so only with written consent and after confidentiality review — we do not identify a transaction, party, or practice without it.

We do not warrant that the Site will be error-free, secure, or free of harmful components, or that content will be accurate, complete, or current.

15. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Salesenzine Ltd, Medspa Exit Report, and our directors, employees, contributors, and agents will not be liable for:

  • any loss of profits, revenue, business, goodwill, opportunity, anticipated savings, or data;
  • any indirect, consequential, special, incidental, or punitive damages;
  • any loss arising from a transaction you enter into, decline, or delay, or from any valuation, multiple, or benchmark published on the Site;
  • any loss arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Site or any linked third-party site.

Where liability cannot lawfully be excluded, our total aggregate liability arising out of or in connection with the Site is limited to [GBP 100 / USD 100].

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

16. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Salesenzine Ltd and its directors, employees, and contributors from any claim, loss, liability, or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your breach of these Terms, your misuse of the Site, or any material you submit.

17. Privacy

You and we agree that the courts of [England and Wales / your chosen jurisdiction] have exclusive jurisdiction, except that we may bring proceedings in any jurisdiction where a breach occurs.

If you are a consumer resident elsewhere, you retain the benefit of any mandatory protections under the law of your country of residence.

19. General

  • Severability. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions stay in full effect.
  • Waiver. Our failure to enforce a term is not a waiver of it.
  • Assignment. You may not assign your rights under these Terms. We may assign ours in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.
  • Entire agreement. These Terms and the Privacy Policy are the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Site.
