3. Eligibility
The Site is intended for professional adults — practice owners, operators, executives, advisors, and investors. By using it, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and are using the Site for business or professional purposes.

This is the most important term on this page. Everything on the Site — articles, benchmarks, multiples, valuation ranges, deal commentary, guides, charts, and newsletters — is published for general informational and educational purposes only. It is not legal, tax, accounting, financial, clinical, regulatory, or investment advice.
In particular: we do not provide valuations (a range published on the Site is market context, not an appraisal); we do not advise on corporate practice of medicine, MSO structures, scope-of-practice rules, injectable supervision, or licensure; we do not give clinical guidance; nothing on the Site constitutes an offer, solicitation, or recommendation to buy or sell any business, security, or interest. 5. No advisory or client relationship
Reading the Site, subscribing to The Exit Brief, downloading a guide, or contacting us does not create an advisory, brokerage, fiduciary, agency, attorney-client, or accountant-client relationship between you and Medspa Exit Report or any of our contributors.
Medspa Exit Report is a publication. Where a reader is ready for a confidential conversation, we refer them to Olympic M&A (olympicma.com), an independent advisory firm. 6. Confidentiality — do not send sensitive information
Contact forms, comment fields, and email to general Site addresses are not confidential channels. Please do not submit financial statements, patient information, protected health information, transaction documents, or anything else confidential through them. 7. Data, sources, and forward-looking statements

13. Availability of the Site — we don’t guarantee uninterrupted access and may change or remove content anytime.
14. Disclaimer of warranties — the Site is provided “as is,” with no warranties of accuracy, security, or error-free operation, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
15. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Medspa Exit Report and its directors, employees, contributors, and agents will not be liable for lost profits, indirect/consequential damages, losses from transactions you enter/decline, or losses from Site use. Where liability can’t be excluded, total aggregate liability is limited to [GBP 100 / USD 100]. Nothing excludes liability for death, personal injury, or fraud.
16. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Medspa Exit Report and its directors, employees, and contributors from claims arising from your breach of these Terms, misuse of the Site, or material you submit.
